Right on time (Ok, so I think we were on time, hence why I missed some before pictures) we started the ceremony. I have attended this church for as long as I can remember. It is a beautiful Cathedral and I have always wanted to get married there.
Everyone had arrived and had been seated. The organist was playing and my friend KP was singing and did a wonderful job.
Each set of grandparents were escorted down the aisle by groomsmen (no photos were taken).
KC’s mom was next to go down the aisle, escorted by his cousins and followed by his father.
My mom was then escorted down the aisle with one of our friends.
The groomsmen and bridesmaids then proceeded down the aisle to Pachabel’s Cannon in D.

Next up was our adorable ring bearers. Each of them was carrying an animal from Build-A-Bear that was dressed in a suit and had a small pillow that was attached to their wrists. We gave these to the boys as gifts the night before.

Lastly was my MOH, my sister.
It was time for my dad and I to proceed down the aisle. I love the organ at my church. When it was my turn to start the music starts to swell and sounds absolutely beautiful.
First my dad was insistent that my train was laid out perfectly, which made me smile.
I can remember my dad saying here’s where I’m supposed to say funny things to make you laugh. Here’s where I make another stupid comment. Just smile. It is silly looking back on it but it really helped!
Before the day, I wasn’t sure if I was going to cry or not. After the events of the morning though, I knew I was going to cry and I don’t have a pretty cry face but I tried my hardest. Right about here, as I started to see people in the last pews is when it hit me.
I could see KC waiting at the end of the aisle for me and that is all I focused on as I made my way down the aisle.
This photo makes me laugh now because I’m pretty sure that everyone else was laughing at me crying.
We were halfway through the hard part. The ceremony was about to begin!
